To search the vendor license database, enter the dates you wish to search by in the text boxes below.

The date must appear as an eight-digit entry separated as month/day/year. For example, if you wish to search for vendor license applications submitted between January 1, 1970 and January 1, 1971, enter 01/01/1970 in the first set of fields and 01/01/1971 in the second set of fields, then click the "Search" button.
