My tag number appears twice, but I only have one dog. What is wrong?
There is currently a glitch in the system, that shows dogs with mixed breeds twice.
We are working on a fix.
I can only click on the Search by "Tag" tab. Why are the "Owner" and "Address" tabs disabled?
Those tabs are reserved for use by county agencies.
